The reason I fell in love with cooking is because it has been a part of my life since I can remember. My Mom was the inspiration - we were always helping her in the kitchen by cutting fruit or chopping vegetables to learning how to sauté mirapoix. She taught me to use fresh ingredients and very good ingredients. She emphasized that vegetables are best when small, young and delicate; good oils, fresh herbs are important. When you put them all together, you almost cannot create something that isn't delicious!

Today, I love to cook for my family and yours for it's a way that I show my love and it’s fabulous way to get us all together!

I believe that life is too short to eat bad food.

It also gives me great pleasure to know that I have helped my clients and their families and guests enjoy a special evening or some type of memorable occasion..

I think it's just all about the memories.
